Psalms 118:24 declares, “This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” The birds certainly seem to be rejoicing with their melodic spring calls. I want to put a freeze frame on these days when woodland flowers turn walks on our trail into pure magic. The bluebells nodding in the breeze can almost be mistaken for a meandering stream. My amateur “phone” photography does not do these blooming beauties justice. You may need to stop by and take a stroll.

Magic is just how I would describe woodland beauties. Somehow the wild flowers delight me more than my planted flowers.
Love walking in the woods with you. Our trails here are lovely too and the backyard is blooming with white lilacs, purple tiny lilacs, lime hydrangeas, tulips, foliage of peonies and lilies. Time to plant the blueberry bush. Also holyhocks from seed are poking tiny green heads up.
Unfortunately, Jeff mowed down the daisies….
Jacqueline, we would love to see pictures of your backyard. Spring is so magical!
Thank you for sharing. It looks magical.
