Those of you who live near Vinton may have noticed even fewer downtown parking spaces than usual. A brand new shop at 117 West 4th Street has been enticing a steady stream of shoppers. The pictures of unique, quality crafts now offered at Birker’s Bows & Iowa Crafters will explain the excited buzz. Customers are sure to find gifts for all occasions – and probably quite a few items on their own wish lists.

We applaud Leah Birker for offering this venue to area crafters. Please stop by the colorful and busy shop Tuesdays through Saturdays (closed Sundays and Mondays, open until 8 PM on Thursdays ). If you have not visited the bustling town of Vinton, be sure to drive by the Iowa Sight Saving School where Mary Ingalls attended in the 1880’s and then stop by Birker’s Bows & Iowa Crafters.
